Tekaxis has three sources of customer demand. All of them result in businesses who need technology services and are ready to buy.

Businesses find Tekaxis through search, referrals, and outreach. They describe what they need, our AI matches them, and we introduce the best-fit provider. These are active buyers with a defined need.

Referral partner network

Accountants, attorneys, consultants, insurance brokers, and other trusted advisors refer their clients to Tekaxis when they mention a technology need. These are warm referrals from a trusted relationship — the highest-converting lead type there is.

Managed customers

Businesses that hand their entire technology portfolio to Tekaxis for ongoing management. When contracts come up for renewal or new needs emerge, we match them with the right provider. These are long-term, recurring opportunities.

How to think about TPN

Questions providers ask

What does it cost?

Nothing to join. Nothing monthly. You pay a commission on revenue from customers TPN refers to you — only after they're signed and paying. If we never send you a customer, you never pay anything.

How many leads will I get?

Depends on your service area, categories, and profile quality. Providers with detailed profiles, strong certifications, and proven track records rank higher and get more matches. We don't guarantee volume — we guarantee quality.

Do I have to change anything about how I operate?

No. You deliver service the same way you always do. TPN is a lead source, not a platform you have to work inside of. We introduce, you close and deliver.

What's the commission?

Commission rates are set during onboarding and vary by service category. They apply only to revenue from TPN-referred customers. Your existing customers are not affected.

What if a lead doesn't close?

You owe nothing. Commission is only on closed, paying customers. Not on introductions, not on proposals, not on meetings that don't go anywhere.

Can I be removed from the network?

Yes. If customer satisfaction drops, response times slip, or you fail to maintain the requirements, we'll work with you to fix it. If it doesn't improve, we remove you. Our customers come first.
